The Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment is committed to promoting a healthy population and a sustainable, safe, and healthy living environment for current and future generations. It does this by linking science to practice and policy. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Movez Lab collaborated with the RIVM’s Behavioural Unit, focusing on the behaviour and well-being of young people.
Moniek Buijzen was a member of the scientific advisory board of the RIVM’s Behavioural Unit. Movez and SYNC jointly conducted research among teenagers during the lockdowns.
